Refund, Return & Replacement policy

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, replace the product.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please write to our customer support team at highsquareenterprise@gmail.com or call us on the provided phone number or the website’s support section. The order will be cancelled, and a refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been received.
Returns Policy:
Please note that return requests will only be considered for instances where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered.
All return requests must be initiated through our website within 3 days of the delivery date. Customers can submit return requests via the 'My Account' section on our website or via email. To qualify for a return or replacement, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, along with their original packaging. For the return or replacement request to be processed, customers are required to upload images of the invoice, the product, and its packaging along with an unboxing video at the time of the request.
Refundreturn & Replacement Policy :
In the event of a defective or damaged item on our part, we will promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost. However, to facilitate this process, customers must upload images of the invoice, a clear photograph of the damaged or defective product, as well as images of the packaging and unboxing video when submitting the return request.
The item will be picked up by our logistics partner and delivered to our warehouse. After receiving the return, and after examining the product, finding in its original condition along with all accessories and satisfaction as per the video of unboxing the shipment box. Refund will then be initiated directly in the Bank account, wallet or any other available and applicable modes as per the choice of the customer/user. The refund process may take up to 7 to 15 days after the product has been received by us. In the case of an incorrect/incomplete order, please contact us via email at highsquareenterprises@gmail.com or call us at the provided phone number within 42 hours of receiving the order.
Returns or Replacement will not be accepted for the reason of :
• Damages caused by misuse
• Products with tampered packaging/product labels
• Incidental damage
• Products returned without all components
• Products returned in a condition different from their received state.
• Personalized/Customized Products
• No Returns allowed on Spare Parts. Only Replacement is allowed in case of defective or wrong product delivery.
